Think it through
Structure your thoughts, challenge assumptions, bring in different perspectives and think decisions through together.
With an independent perspective and no agenda of my own.
SPARRING PARTNERFOR BUSINESS OWNERSAND EXECUTIVES
I work with business owners and executives as an independent sparring partner — providing an outside perspective to help them think through complex situations and make better decisions.
Read on ↓Often, the real problem is not the one everyone is talking about. By listening carefully, asking the right questions and looking at the situation from different angles, I help uncover what really needs to be addressed.
From there, we develop ideas and possible solutions together.
My role is to create the space for clearer thinking, honest reflection and constructive challenge — rather than simply providing ready-made answers.
The best solutions are often the ones you develop yourself. When ideas emerge through dialogue and sparring, they are more likely to be truly owned and implemented in a sustainable way.
A sparring partner doesn't make the decision for you.He helps you see it more clearly.
Business owners and executives make important decisions every day. They are rarely without advice or input — but what is often missing is someone who can look at the situation without being part of it.
A sparring partner brings an independent perspective. Someone who is not caught up in the organisation or its internal dynamics can challenge assumptions, identify blind spots, ask difficult questions and open up new ways of thinking.
In the end, the decision is yours.
But the clarity needed to make a good decision often emerges through dialogue.
Over nearly 30 years, I have built businesses, led complex and high-stakes projects, managed teams and guided organisations through change.
What I have learned is that sustainable solutions rarely come simply from outside. They emerge when experience, different perspectives and entrepreneurial thinking come together.
That is why my role is not to provide all the answers, but to help develop better ones.
I bring my own experience, perspective and judgement, express my views openly and challenge you when I believe it is necessary.
What matters is arriving at the best decision for the business — regardless of whose idea it was.
Depending on what you need, my role can take different forms.
Structure your thoughts, challenge assumptions, bring in different perspectives and think decisions through together.
With an independent perspective and no agenda of my own.
Turn ideas into concrete change. Challenge structures and decision-making processes, clarify responsibilities and develop a path towards implementation together.
When sparring alone isn’t enough, I can also take responsibility for implementation — in projects or in an interim management role.
Even though the best decisions often have to be made alone, they usually emerge through dialogue.
I say what I think and challenge you when I believe it is necessary.
When I take on a challenge, I want to understand what lies behind it and develop a genuine interest in moving it forward.
I have a clear perspective, but no need to be right.
There is rarely one right answer, and no methodology transforms a business on its own. Meaningful change takes dialogue, involvement and the willingness to stay with the process.
I can help develop, support and drive change — but it only works if you are ready to make decisions and follow through.
My work depends on dialogue. The solution has to fit you and your business — and that only happens when we shape it together.
Over nearly 30 years, I have built businesses, led teams and taken responsibility for complex projects as an entrepreneur, manager or project lead.
I spent most of that time in film and advertising, leading international productions for major companies and brands. I worked around the world, managed multi-million budgets, and my companies and projects received numerous international awards.
Later, I moved into hospitality — a completely different industry, yet one with surprisingly similar entrepreneurial questions: people, structures, commercial responsibility, decisions and change.
Today, I bring that experience to other businesses as an independent sparring partner.
In our first conversation, we create clarity around the situation together.
From there, we identify the next meaningful steps and determine how I can best support you — as a sparring partner, a partner in shaping change, or someone who takes responsibility when needed.
I'd rather work together on the right question than work alone on the wrong solution.
